So we had to draw examples of each type of art and I picked this one to draw for a historical study.
It's The Equestrian Statue of Gattamelata.

And this is more than likely the image I used for reference out of a book.
When I drew it this kid in my class was looking at it, using some expletives, and made a comment about how I tend to make things better looking when I draw it. I guess that's my style. I try to make them cooler looking. I mean, reality is so boring.

'The Olympian' by Daphne Mayo.
I drew this in my book in year ten art as well, and just needed a drawing for a bronze sculpture example, but when I left year ten and we moved to Queensland, the following year I did a Tafe drawing course and we went to the brisbane art gallery and I found it. It was weird seeing it in person, and we had to draw an art peice so I sat down in front of it and drew it again.

Edit: photobucket , being ghey, have removed this drawing from my account, cause they're fucken stupid. I should take it as a compliment as it must look so realistic someone could get a chubby and bust a nut over it.
I sent em an angry email. Whatever you do, don't use photobucket.
Looking for a photo of it online, I couldn't find one, but found out Daphne Mayo was a queenslander. I mean, Up there, I just wrote what was on the plaque, not realising. The art teacher probly told me at the time, but who remembers shit like that.
I can see some boxes I drew in it, but I don't know why. I was probly using it to highlight areas to work on or somethin *shrugs*
